1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 7, 2004 No. 1111 "About approval of Rules of rendering services of mail service public":

in preamble shall be replaced with words the word "years" "No. 258-Z";

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Approve Rules of rendering services of mail service public (are applied).";

in Rules of rendering the services of mail service public approved by this resolution:
