About additional measures of social support of persons which were injured owing to Chernobyl and other radiation catastrophic crashes and accidents

For the purpose of ensuring social protection of persons which were injured owing to Chernobyl and other radiation catastrophic crashes and accidents, I decide:

1. Make in April, 2001 payment of one-time money allowance to persons injured Chernobyl and other radiation catastrophic crashes and accidents, in the following sizes:

- to the disabled people who sustained injuries owing to radiation accidents and their effects, to the families which lost the participating supporter of mitigation of consequences of radiation catastrophic crashes - 2000 som;

- to participants of mitigation of consequences of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash in 1986 - 1987 - 1500 som;

- to participants of mitigation of consequences of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash in 1988 - 1989 - 1000 som.

2. Determine that payment of one-time money allowance is performed from the republican budget.

3. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- provide in accordance with the established procedure in the republican budget of means, necessary for payment of one-time money allowances;

- determine procedure and provide payment of one-time money allowance, the stipulated in Item 1 this Decree, by May 1, 2001;

- bring the decisions into accord with this Decree.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of publication.
