About modification and amendments in the Law of Turkmenistan "About Customs Service"

Part the second Article 4 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. In coordination with the President of Turkmenistan the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan customs as required can be created, be reorganized and liquidated.";
