About entering of amendments into the Law of Turkmenistan "About migratory service"

I. Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About migratory service", adopted on November 21, 2009 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2009, No. 4, Art. 79; 2013, No. 2, Art. 46; 2016, No. 3, Art. 121; 2018, No. 2, Art. 58, No. 3-4, Art. 101; 2019, No. 4, Art. 79), following amendments:

Part one of Article 12 to add 1) with Items of the following content:

"19) in coordination with the President of Turkmenistan to create the self-supporting companies subordinated to Migratory service according to the procedure, established by the legislation of Turkmenistan;

20) to render the additional services (to perform works) connected with functions of bodies of migratory service (sending information on SMS and statement for queue, filling of appeals of legal entities and physical persons to bodies of migratory service, rendering services in reproduction of samples and another), for legal entities and physical persons and independently or on contractual basis to determine the amount of payments for the rendered services (the performed works) according to the procedure, established by the legislation of Turkmenistan.";

Part the second Article 27 to add 2) with the paragraph of the following content:

"The income, from the legal entities and physical persons specified in Item 20 parts one of article 12 of this Law rendered by bodies of migratory service of additional services (the performed works) is transferred into the settlement account of Migratory service and goes to its needs.".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
