About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of May 10, 2019 No. 120
Based on subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2007 No. 611, and in pursuance of Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2012 No. 1105 "About approval of the list of actions technical (technological, testing) nature" the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure the State automobile inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of actions technical (technological, testing) nature, approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of May 10, 2019 No. 120, the following changes:
in Item 22:
in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words words of "highways of republican value" "republican highways";
the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"the staff of divisions of GAI - concerning local highways, highways of uncommon use, streets of settlements.";
Item in paragraph five 25, Item 32 and the paragraph the second Item 42 of the word "artificial constructions" shall be replaced with words "road constructions" in the corresponding case.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
