About introduction of amendments to the Water code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Paragraphs 9 and 10 of article 1 of the Water code of the Republic of Armenia of June 4, 2002 (further - the Code) to recognize invalid.
Article 2. To recognize articles 8 and 9 of the Code invalid.
Article 3. To declare Item 21 of part 1 of article 10 of the Code invalid.
Article 4. To declare part 4 of article 30 of the Code invalid.
Article 5. In article 30.1 of the Code:

Article 6. In article 33 of the Code:

Article 8. To state article 107 of the Code in the following edition:
"Article 107. Supervision of protection of water resources
The state supervision of use and protection of water resources in the field of protection of water resources is performed by the authorized bodies provided by the law.".
Article 9. To declare part 2 of article 110 of the Code invalid.
Article 10. To recognize Items 1 and 3 of part 7 of article 121 of the Code invalid.
Article 11. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
Article 12. After entry into force of this Law Government within five working days returns in governing body and protection of water resources the packets of requests for permission to water use which are available for them before liquidation of National water council for their assessment in accordance with the established procedure. The term of assessment of the request is calculated from the date of return of packets to governing body and protection of water resources.
