Article 1. In article 15.2 of the Law of November 24, 2004 ZR-134 "About trade and services":
The third paragraph to state 1) in the following edition:
"object of the service which is subject to restriction - karaoke, disco, striptease club, bath, steam room, sauna, massage salon (except for medical massage salons);";
To add 2) with the ninth paragraph of the following content:
massage salon - object of the service which is subject to restriction where for the purpose of weakening of muscular tension mechanical or moderate impact not body of the person by means of hands of the massage therapist or special devices is made.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
