About entering of amendment into the Law "About the State Fee"

Article 1. ZR-186 "About the state fee" to add part 1 of article 29 of the Law of December 27, 1997 with the Item "e" of the following content:

"e) the physical persons going air transport which go to terms of the preference established by this Item by means of the airlines performing commercial air transport operations in the airports with the IATA code, which are not serviced within the last 12 months preceding the moment of the beginning of the first flight in this direction if these airlines perform flights to the same airports to the summer and winter periods of IATA.

The term of the preference established by this Item is provided for 36 months (with possibility of prolongation for 24 months) which are calculated in decreasing order of months, since the beginning of the first flight of the first airline meeting the requirements forming basis for provision of preference in this direction. Information on the corresponding terms of application of the preferences established by this Item, including on prolongation, air carrier, requirements to the frequency of flights and the unattended direction and also other necessary information is published according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
