Article 1. ZR-186 "About the state fee" to add article 19.4 of the Law of December 27, 1997 with Items 10 and 11 of the following content:

"10) for issue of one-time permission for the purpose of production of nonmetallic minerals – annually: |
in 100-fold size of basic duty |
|
11) for issue of permission to production of nonmetallic minerals for the purpose of construction or operation of the underground storage warehouses which are object of the extreme importance – annually: |
In 500-fold size of basic duty". |
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
