About approval of the Regulations on procedure, conditions of insurance and the amount of insurance payments in cases of damnification of life and to health of government employees on duty

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure, conditions of insurance and the amount of insurance payments in cases of damnification of life and to health of government employees on duty.

2. To the ministries, administrative departments to be guided by the Provision approved by this resolution in all insured events which came in case of execution by government employees of service duties.

The faces falling under determination of item 4 of the Provisional regulations for bases of public service in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic of June 14, 1996 are referred to category of government employees.
