About application of standard (approximate) states and standard rates of number of employees of state-financed organizations

For the purpose of expansion of powers of heads of the state-financed organizations and other organizations receiving subsidies which workers are equated on compensation to employees of state-financed organizations (further - state-financed organizations), by determination of the number of staff of separate employee categories the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

1.1. planning of expenses republican and local budgets on compensation of employees of state-financed organizations is performed according to standard (approximate) states and standard rates of number of workers (including performing support functions *) state-financed organizations (further - standard states and standard rates of number) if other is not established by the legislation;

* For the purposes of this resolution the workers performing support functions are understood as the workers performing works on maintenance of office, public buildings, constructions, sanitary content of rooms of office, public and factory buildings, the territory adjoining to buildings.

1.2. heads of state-financed organizations according to the legislation, including in the field of regulation of the work having the right to make decisions on content in staff of the workers performing support functions in smaller quantity in comparison with their number determined according to standard states and standard rates of number;
