About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of provision of the additional pension guarantees to separate employee categories occupied at works with special working conditions and separate types of professional activity I decide:

1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 25, 2013 No. 441 "About some questions of professional pension insurance and provision of pensions":

state subitem 1.1 in the following edition:

"1.1. the old-age pension for work with special working conditions or long-service pension can be granted to the workers having the right to early professional pension who till January 1, 2009 developed at least a half of the complete length of service with special working conditions required for award of pension on age for work with special working conditions * or long-service pensions ** instead of early professional pension respectively;
