Make the following changes to the "Regulations on establishment of standard price of lands in the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of July 23, 1998 No. 158 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1998, No. 7, Article 477; 2005, No. 8, Article 782; 2007, No. 7, Article 741; 2008, No. 6, Articles 582, 584, 586; 2010, No. 6, Article 566):
1.1. regarding 1 word "State Land Committee" shall be replaced with words "The state committee on property questions of the Azerbaijan Republic (further - GKIV)";
1.2. in part 4:
1.2.1. exclude from the first paragraph of the word" (except the parcels of land on which the state companies and objects are located, and also the privatized companies and objects)" and in the specified paragraph of the word "the reference about the standard price of the earth in special form is issued and registered the State land committee" shall be replaced with words "the reference is issued and GKIV is registered";
