About rules of maintaining the state water inventory
According to article 26 of the Water Code of the Azerbaijan Republic the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. Charge maintaining the State water inventory of the Azerbaijan Republic to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Azerbaijan Republic (according to the Section of surface and underground water) and to the Azerbaijani open joint stock company of melioration and water economy (according to the Section of use of waters).
Messages the state water inventory in single system on the republic with reflection in it of data on accounting of quantitative and qualitative indexes of waters, about registration and accounting of use of waters.
2. Determine that the structure of the water inventory and cadastral data which are subject to publication form and terms of their publication are established taking into account offers of the relevant republican ministries, committees, the companies, concerns, associations, the companies, the organizations and other structures with condition of observance of requirements of the state land cadastre (regarding land fund) and affirm the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, the Azerbaijani open joint stock company of melioration and water economy.
3. When maintaining the state water inventory the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Azerbaijan Republic (according to the Section of surface and underground water), the Azerbaijani open joint stock company of melioration and water economy (according to the Section of use of waters):
a) develop the scientific principles, methodical instructions, instructions and form of the publication of the data on maintaining the state water inventory which are subject to publication for the purpose of ensuring requirements of the national economy of the republic with the complete information about water objects, water resources, the mode, quality, use and consumers of waters;
