About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About advertizing"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About advertizing" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 4, the Art. 195) the following changes:

1) in Article 14:

a) in part 1 in official language to replace the word "ailny" with the word "ayylny";

b) state part 2 in the following edition:

"2. Placement of outdoor advertizing in the territory of the cities, ayylny aimags and in other territory is performed according to requirements of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of local self-government and is subject to approval of authorized body in the field of transport, and also with territorial subdivision on safety of traffic in strip of withdrawal of highways.

Carrying out approvals of the bodies which are not provided in paragraph one of this part is not required.";

c) in part 4:

- in paragraph one "specified" to replace the word with the word "outside";

- add part with the paragraph the second the following content:

"Establishment of other charges, payments and assignments, in addition to determined by the legislation in the field of advertizing, is not allowed.";

2) in Article 15:

a) in the paragraph the second "the bodies authorized on that which competence includes control of traffic safety" shall be replaced with words parts of 1 word "the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic";

b) state part 2 in the following edition:

"2. Advertizing on public transport stops is allowed based on the contract with local government bodies in the territory of which there are public transport stops.

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective after 15 days from the date of official publication.
