About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation regulating procedure for provision and fixing of quotas of production (catch) of water biological resources for the investment purposes

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the acts of the Government of the Russian Federation regulating procedure for provision and fixing of quotas of production (catch) of water biological resources for the investment purposes.

2. Determine that statements for fixing and provision of share of quota of the production (catch) of water biological resources provided on the investment purposes in the field of fishery for implementation of industrial fishery and (or) inshore fishing provided by Regulations on fixing and provision of share of quota of the production (catch) of water biological resources provided on the investment purposes in the field of fishery for implementation of industrial fishery and (or) inshore fishing, the approved order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 29, 2017 to No. 648 "About fixing and provision of share of quota of the production (catch) of water biological resources provided on the investment purposes in the field of fishery for implementation of industrial fishery and (or) inshore fishing" concerning shares of quotas of production (catch) of the water biological resources provided on the investment purposes corresponding to investees, requirements to which are determined by subitems "in (1)" and "l (1)" Item 3 of the requirements to investees and investment projects in the field of fishery approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 25, 2017 No. 633 "About requirements to investees and investment projects in the field of fishery, and also on procedure of payments of ensuring implementation of the specified investment projects" (in edition of this resolution), move within 5 months from the date of placement by Federal Agency for Fishery on the official site and the official site of the Russian Federation for placement of information on tendering of www.torgi.gov.ru on the Internet of information on the beginning of carrying out selection of investment projects and the procedure of its carrying out which is placed no later than 10 days from the date of entry into force of this resolution.

Changes which are made to the acts of the Government of the Russian Federation regulating procedure for provision and fixing of quotas of production (catch) of water biological resources for the investment purposes

1. In the list of types of water biological resources in certain areas of production (catch) of water biological resources concerning which the rights to production (catch) of water biological resources are granted and also the quota for the investment purposes, No. 764-r approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 20, 2017 is allocated (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 18, Art. 2817; 2018, No. 12, Art. 1685):

a) in line item of 1 word "Peter and Paul and Komandorsky Subband" shall be replaced with words "The Peter and Paul and Komandorsky subband, the West Beringovomorsky zone, zone the Chukchi Sea";

b) in line items shall be replaced with words 3 and 4 words "Subband North Of Sea of Okhotsk" "The subband North Of Sea of Okhotsk, the Karaginsky subband";

c) in line item of the 8th word "Karaginsky Subband" shall be replaced with words "the Karaginsky subband, the West Beringovomorsky zone";

d) in line item of the 10th word "Peter and Paul and Komandorsky Subband" shall be replaced with words "The Peter and Paul and Komandorsky subband, the West Beringovomorsky zone".

2. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 25, 2017 No. 633 "About requirements to investees and investment projects in the field of fishery, and also about procedure of payments of ensuring implementation of the specified investment projects" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 23, Art. 3332; No. 35, Art. 5362; 2018, No. 7, Art. 1043; No. 12, Art. 1685; No. 47, Art. 7268; 2019, No. 37, Art. 5166):

a) Item 3 of the requirements to investees and investment projects in the field of fishery approved by the specified resolution:

add with the subitem "in (1)" the following content:

"in (1)) the medium-tonnage trawler ship processor at least 50 meters long for the Far East fishery basin (investee like B-1):

availability of gross tonnage of the vessel, component more than 1000;

availability of the gross freezing equipment performance at least 50 tons of products a day;";

"l (1)) the medium-tonnage fishery vessel at least 50 meters long for the Far East fishery basin (investee like F):

availability of gross tonnage of the vessel, component more than 1000;

availability of the gross freezing equipment performance at least 25 tons of products a day;";

b) in Rules of calculation of ensuring implementation of investment projects of fishery with financial provision or the rights to production (catch) of the water biological resources approved by the specified resolution:

subitem "v" of Item 3:

after the paragraph of the fourth to add with the paragraph of the following content:

"360 million rubles for investee like V-1 (the medium-tonnage trawler ship processor at least 50 meters long for the Far East fishery basin);";

after the paragraph of the fifth to add with the paragraph of the following content:
