About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine of rather temporary procedure for application of Articles 470 and 481
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. The Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine (2012, Art. No. No. 44-48, 552) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Item 9-5 of the following content:
"9-5. Determine that:
making of the customs offenses provided by parts five and the sixth article 470 of this Code, revealed during the period from August 22 to December 31, 2019 inclusive involves application of the administrative punishment provided by part three of the specified Article;
making of the customs offenses provided by parts five and the sixth Article of 481 of this Code revealed during the period from August 22 to December 31, 2019 inclusive involves application of the administrative punishment provided by part three of the specified Article".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
