I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:
1. Parts the third and fourth Article 56 of the Economic Procedure Code of Ukraine (2017, 48, the Art. 436) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to No. in the following edition:
"3. The legal entity, irrespective of procedure for its creation, participates in case through the head, the member of executive body, the other person, authorized to be effective from his name according to the law, the charter, provision, the employment contract (contract) (self-representation of the legal entity), or through the representative.
4. The state, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, territorial community take part in case through relevant organ of the government, authority of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, local government body according to its competence, on behalf of which his head, other authorized person according to the law, the charter, provision, the employment contract (contract) (self-representative office of public authority, authority of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, local government body), or through the representative acts".
