Based on Item 2 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 28, 2004 "About the state statistics" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 345-Z
Approve the program of statistical works for 2020 it (is applied).

1. This program is developed for the purpose of ensuring timely representation to the President of the Republic of Belarus, to National assembly of the Republic of Belarus, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, other state bodies of up-to-date, timely and objective official statistical information.
2. Official statistical information is created by processing of primary statistical data collected in forms of the state statistical observations, and (or) administrative data (further - data) according to official statistical methodology.
3. This program represents the list of the state statistical observations and the official statistical information created by the bodies of the state statistics and the state organizations authorized on maintaining the state statistics and provides information support of accomplishment of forecasts of social and economic development of the Republic of Belarus, regulatory legal acts of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the laws of the Republic of Belarus, the orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, and also ensuring information needs for official statistical information of subjects of managing, mass media, scientific institutions, interstate bodies, the international organizations, statistical bodies of foreign states, physical persons.
4. In this program the following terms and their determinations are used:
the booklet - the short information survey statistical publication containing up-to-date official statistical information on certain subject;
the report - the information and analytical monthly statistical edition containing the operational official statistical information characterizing social and economic and demographic provision in the Republic of Belarus;
the statistical collection - the information survey statistical publication containing the official statistical information characterizing development of processes in economy, life and activities of society for long period of time;
the statistical reference book - the short information survey statistical publication containing the major official statistical information characterizing development of processes in economy, life and activities of society in dynamics for row of years;
the statistical bulletin - the information periodic statistical publication containing the official statistical information characterizing certain area of life and activities of society for certain period of time;
express information - the short information periodic statistical publication containing operational and up-to-date official statistical information on the certain question requiring operational informing.
5. The official statistical information published by bodies of the state statistics in the form of statistical editions contains both preliminary, and final data.
The official statistical information created on the basis of final data not included in the program of statistical works in the form of the separate statistical edition is used by preparation of statistical collections.
6. The statistical editions prepared by bodies of the state statistics, provided by this program are represented on free basis within allocated funds from the republican budget.
To the president of the Republic of Belarus, to National assembly of the Republic of Belarus, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the State Control Committee, the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom statistical editions are represented by bodies of the state statistics on free basis on paper in one copy and (or) in electronic form, city (the cities of regional subordination) and to district executive committees, local administrations of areas in the cities - in electronic form. Additional copies are on paper represented on paid basis.
7. Replication of statistical editions is performed by the state organizations subordinated to National Statistical Committee (further - Belstat).
8. The official statistical information created by the state organizations authorized on maintaining the state statistics is submitted on a grant basis within allocated funds from the republican budget.
9. If the term of release of the statistical editions prepared by bodies of the state statistics, and the official statistical information created by the state organizations authorized on maintaining the state statistics falls on the Saturday, Sunday, the public holidays and holidays established and announced by the President of the Republic of Belarus non-working in the afternoon of release of such information the working day following it is considered.
