About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the non-tax income

Article 1.

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the non-tax income (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2018, No. 8, the Art. 490) the following changes:

Item 5 of Article 12 to state 1) in the following edition:

"5) the representative of the payer of the non-tax income - person who has the right in accordance with the established procedure to act on behalf of the payer in case of administration and collection in the relevant budget of the non-tax income;";

2) Article 15 to add with part 4 following of content:

"4. The private notary in case of accomplishment of notarial actions and issue of the documents having legal value can be the payer's representative on payment of the state fee.";

Part 3 of Article 140 to add 3) with the paragraph the second the following content:

"The state fee collected by the private notary is paid by single payment within seven calendar days from the date of making of notarial action and issue of the documents having legal value.".

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective after fourteen days from the date of official publication.

To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic in three-months time to bring the decisions into accord with this Law.
