Article 1. Bring in the Civil code of the Republic of Tajikistan (part one) accepted by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 30, 1999 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1999, No. 6, the Art. 153, Art. 154; 2001, No. 7, Art. 508; 2002, No. 4, h 1, Art. 170; 2005, No. 3, Art. 125; 2006, No. 4, Art. 193; 2007, No. 5, Art. 356; 2010, No. 3, Art. 156, No. 12, h 1, Art. 802; 2012, No. 7, Art. 700, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1021; 2013, No. 7, Art. 504; 2015, No. 3, Art. 200; 2016, No. 7, Art. 612; 2019, No. 1, Art. 4), following amendments:

1. To add part 2 of Article 242 with Item the fourth the following content:

"The property right to property to which it is applied voluntary (agreement) or recovery by enforcement is acquired with observance of requirements of the law.".

2. To add part 2 of Article 377 with the second offer of the following content:

"The violation allowed by the debtor is considered extremely insignificant and the size of requirements of the pawnbroker of the cost of pledged property obviously disproportionate if the size of requirements of the pawnbroker constitutes no more than 10 percent of the obligations provided with pledge.".
