About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus concerning energy saving

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Item 5 of the Regulations on Department on energy efficiency of the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 981:
state subitem 5.12 in the following edition:
"5.12. performs development of the single methodical and organizational principles of regulation of expense of fuel and energy resources;";
exclude subitem 5.197;
1.2. in the single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, No. 156 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 17, 2012:
to state the column "Name of Ministerial Procedure" of Item 2.22 in the following edition:
"2.22. Setting standards of expense of fuel and energy resources (further - TER) for:
legal entities, except for the state organizations with annual consumption of TER of 25 000 tons of conditional fuel and more, including the Gcal/h having sources of heat energy performance of 0,5 and more
legal entities, except for the state organizations with annual consumption of TER from 100 to 25 000 tons of conditional fuel including having sources of heat energy performance of 0,5 of Gcal/h and more";
in Item 3.82:
in the column "Name of Ministerial Procedure" of the word "5 Gcal/h" shall be replaced with words "10 Gcal/h";
