Make changes to Item 21 of the Procedure for storage of physical evidences by the party of accusation, their realization, technological conversion, destruction, implementation of the expenses connected with their storage and transfer, safety of temporarily withdrawn property during the criminal proceedings approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 19, 2012 No. 1104 "About realization of separate provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 91, of the Art. 3697), having stated it in the following edition:
"21. Physical evidences in the form of money (in cash form) in national currency of Ukraine or foreign currency are transferred for storage, except storage in individual safes, to authorized bank which services body as a part of which the investigative division functions (further - authorized bank), with their inventory with indication of the name and nominal, numbers of banknotes which encloses to the cover letter.
In case money in national currency of Ukraine or foreign currency does not contain traces of criminal offense (in cash form), they can be given to authorized bank without specifying of their nominal and numbers of banknotes and to be enlisted into the deposit accounts which are specially determined for this purpose (further - the deposit account) or, in case of written refusal of bank, to be transferred for storage in individual safes of authorized bank.".
