Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the State register of trademarks and the Procedure for maintaining the State register of geographical instructions" of August 30, 1999 No. 143 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 8, Article 538; 2004, No. 3, Article 193; 2009, No. 1, Article 32, No. 9, Article 752; 2018, No. 12 (II book), Article 2735) following changes:

1.1. on the "Procedure for maintaining the State register of geographical instructions" approved by the specified resolution:

1.1.1. regarding 4 words "intellectual property" shall be replaced with words "intellectual property";

1.1.2. in the sixth paragraph of part 5 of the word "Agency of Intellectual Property" to replace with the word "Agency";
