Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About legal status of the deputy of Majlis of People's Deputies of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas" of December 13, 1996 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1996, No. 23, Art. 348; 2008, No. 12, h 2, Art. 995; 2013, No. 7, Art. 541, No. 12, Art. 906; 2017, No. 5, h 1, Art. 289) following change and amendment:

1. Add with article 3 (1) the following content:

"Article 3 (1). Oath of the deputy of Majlis of People's Deputies

The deputy of Majlis of People's Deputies after approval of its powers takes the oath at the session of Majlis of People's Deputies of the following content:

"As the deputy of Majlis of People's Deputies of area (the city, the area) _______________, with sense of responsibility I take the oath that I will observe the Constitution and the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan, to put interests of the nation and the state above everything, to direct all the forces, knowledge and experience for development of the state, protection of rights and freedoms of man and citizen, faithfully and honesty to fulfill the duties of the deputy assigned to me.".

2. In the text of article 25 to replace figure "2" with figure "3".
