About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

In pursuance of paragraph two of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2019 "About change of the laws" and subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of article 78 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2018 No. 130-Z "About regulatory legal acts" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 219-Z

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 1998 No. 1487 "About approval of the Procedure for determination of average earnings of the worker of the corresponding profession and qualification if as a result of natural disasters, accidents, catastrophic crashes or other emergency situations at employers documents on the actual earnings did not remain or works for which of earnings pension is estimated remained less than for the period":

in the name the word of "Procedure" shall be replaced with words "Provisions on procedure";

state preamble in the following edition:

"Based on part six of article 57 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 1992 "About provision of pensions" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 1596-XII";

in part one:

to add the name after the word of "positions" with the word of "employees";

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Approve:

the approximate list of the positions of the employees and works replaced or which are carried out by workers with whom the employer written agreements about complete individual financial responsibility can be signed (is attached);
