About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine for the purpose of reduction in compliance with the Law of Ukraine "About introduction of amendments to article 80 of the Constitution of Ukraine concerning immunity of People's Deputies of Ukraine"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, Art. No. No. 9-13, 88):

Part the fifth Article 36 to add 1) with the paragraph the second such content:

"It is forbidden to charge implementation of pre-judicial investigation of the criminal offense committed by the People's Deputy of Ukraine, to other bodies of pre-judicial investigation except National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine and central office of the State bureau of investigations according to their competence determined by this Code";

In paragraph one of part two of Article 207 of the word and figures "in Article 482" shall be replaced with words 2) also in figures "in Articles 482 and 482-2";

3) in Article 482:

add the name with the words "concerning the judge";

the second - the fourth to exclude parts;

To add 4) with Article 482-2 of the following content:

"Article 482-2. Features of procedure for criminal prosecution, detention, election of measure of restraint, carrying out investigative (search) and secret investigative (search) actions concerning the People's Deputy of Ukraine

1. Data which can confirm making of criminal offense by the People's Deputy of Ukraine are entered in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations by the Attorney-General (person, the acting as the Attorney-General) according to the procedure, established by this Code.
