About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of the legislation on production of amber and other minerals

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

To add 1) with Article 58-1 of the following content:

"Article 58-1. Violation of requirements concerning mining

Mining with use of the equipment which did not undergo obligatory certification according to the law, -

involves imposing of penalty on citizens from hundred to two hundred free minima income of citizens and on officials - from two hundred to three hundred free minima income of citizens.

The action provided by part one of this Article, which is commited by person which within year was treated to administrative punishment for the same violation, -

involves imposing of penalty on citizens and officials from three hundred to six hundred free minima income of citizens";

  Article 239 part one after figures "58" to add 2) with figures "58-1".

2. In the Code of Ukraine about subsoil (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1994, No. 36, the Art. 340):

 Item 3 of Article 9-1 to exclude 1);

 Item 2 of Article 9-2 to exclude 2);

3) in Article 10:

to add the name after words of "village, settlement, city and regional councils" with the words "and councils of the integrated territorial communities";

the paragraph one after words of "village, settlement, city and regional councils" to add with the words "and councils of the integrated territorial communities";

 Article 14 after the paragraph of the sixth to add 4) with the new paragraph of such content:

"geological studying of yantarenosny subsoil, including trial development of fields with further production of amber (industrial development of fields)".
