About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state protection and support of entrepreneurship"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 26, 2014 "About the state protection and support of entrepreneurship" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2014, No. 7, h 2, Art. 404; 2015, No. 3, Art. 216; 2017, No. 5, h 1, Art. 293) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 1:

- "subjects of entrepreneurship" to add paragraph two after words with the words "according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan";

- in paragraph four of the word "performed at own risk, persons registered" shall be replaced with words "based on risk, performed by persons which underwent state registration".
