Part 1 of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About checks of activities of business entities" of December 25, 2015 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2015, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1115; 2017, 578) to add Art. No. 7-9, with Item 26) of the following content:

"26) Authorized state body in the field of ensuring nuclear and radiation safety:

- use of sources of ionizing radiation (generating);

- use of radioactive materials;

- treatment of radioactive waste;

- use of atomic energy.".
