About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. In heading and part 1 of article 123.6 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code) the word "snowmobile" shall be replaced with words "the ATV (motor-all-terrain vehicle), snow and swamp-going vehicle or snowmobile".

Article 2. In article 124.6 of the Code:

To state 1) to part 2 and 3 in the following edition:

attracts infliction of penalty in the amount of the twenty-fivefold size of the established minimum wage.";

2) parts 4-6 to recognize invalid.

Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
