About entering of amendment and changes into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. After number "41.2" to add article 41 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further – the Code) with number "41.6", and in the same Article to replace the word "seventeenth" with the word "nineteenth".

Article 2. Add the code with Article 41.6 of the following content:

"Article 41.6. Violation of requirements of acceptance or work permit

1. Acceptance or attraction by the employer to work of person up to sixteen years with violation of the requirements provided by the law or involvement of person up to eighteen years to the works prohibited by the legislation, either permission of it or involvement of pregnant women or women with children about one year to the prohibited works or work under harmful or dangerous working conditions or permission of it:

attracts infliction of penalty in the amount of the two hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.

2. Repeated making any of the acts established by this Article within year after purpose of administrative punishment:

attracts infliction of penalty in the amount of the four hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.".

Article 3. To state heading and part 1 of article 42.1 of the Code in the following edition:

"Article 42.1. Non-execution of recommendations of officials of the inspection body exercising control in the field of health care and behind the labor law or preventing to the checks, studying performed by inspection body and (or) implementation of administrative production
