About modification of Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2004 No. 260 "About Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation and Regulations on the Russian Government Office" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 23, Art. 2313; 2011, No. 47, Art. 6663; 2017, No. 29, Art. 4374).

1. State Item 95 in the following edition:
"95. The conclusion of the Government provided by part 3 of article 104 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, and official withdrawals of the Government on bills of introduction of amendments to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation or the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences are represented to the person of law of the legislative initiative and to the State Duma before entering of bills into the State Duma.
The specified conclusions and official responses go to the person of law of the legislative initiative and to the State Duma no more than 1 month from receipt date of bills in the Government in time.".
