About limiting establishment of value of remuneration under the agreement on provision of the microcredit

1. Establish extreme value of remuneration under the agreement on provision of the unsecured microcredit for the period up to forty five calendar days signed with physical person:

in the amount of less than 1 (one) percent a day, but no more than 20 (twenty) percent from the amount of the issued microcredit which is not exceeding the thirtyfold size of the monthly settlement indicator established for the corresponding financial year by the law on the republican budget;

in the amount of less than 1 (one) percent a day, but no more than 15 (fifteen) percent from the amount of the issued microcredit equal or exceeding the thirtyfold size of the monthly settlement indicator established for the corresponding financial year by the law on the republican budget.

Establish extreme value of remuneration under the agreement on provision of the microcredit provided with pledge of property, signed with physical person, in the amount of no more 0,8 (zero whole eight tenth) percent a day, but no more than 20 (twenty) percent from the amount of the issued microcredit for the period to forty five calendar days.

In case of increase in the duration of the agreement at the term exceeding forty five calendar days to establish extreme value of remuneration under the agreement on provision of the microcredit signed with physical person in the amount of no more 0,4 (zero whole four tenth) percent a day.
