About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Traffic Safety"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 10 of the Law of July 8, 2005 "About traffic safety" (further – the Law) the Item "with" to declare ZR-166-N invalid.

Article 2. In the Item of part 9 of article 18.1 of the Law of the word of" which is enlisted in off-budget fund (into the account) police" to exclude.

Article 3. To recognize articles 33.1 and 33.2 of the Law invalid.

Article 4. The extrabudgetary funds which are available in off-budget fund of financial incentive and technical development of road traffic police at the time of entry into force of this Law are enlisted in the government budget of the Republic of Armenia as free remaining balance.

Article 5. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication. The off-budget programs, actions performed by the extrabudgetary funds opened according to the procedure, established by the law, and the provided by the government budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2019, related income and expenses to count up appropriate programs, actions, the income and expenses of the government budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2019 to entry into force of this Law. At the same time at the expense of the means provided by this Article, expenses are financed only within the corresponding receipts and at their expense.
