About modification and amendments in the Law "About Traffic Safety"

Article 1. In article 2 of the Law of July 8, 2005 No. ZR-166 "About traffic safety" (further – the Law):

1) the first offer of the concept "car" after the words "mechanical transport vehicle" to add with words "(the car, the bus, the cargo vehicle, the passenger-and-freight car, the special equipment vehicle, the electric vehicle)";

The concept "stop" to state 2) in the following edition:

"stop – deliberate reduction of the vehicle in motionless condition for a while up to 5 minutes or for time necessary for landing, disembarkation of the passenger and (or) loading, unloading of the vehicle;";

The concept "parking" before the word "not movably" to add 3) with the word "purposely";

The concept "trail car (semitrailer truck)" after the words "for movement" to add 4) with words "(including special trail car)";

The concepts "forced stop" and "bicycle" to state 5) in the following edition:

"forced stop – deliberate reduction of the vehicle in motionless condition owing to the emergence of danger or other obstacle in the road caused by defect of the vehicle or physical and (or) mental condition of the driver or passenger or cargo hauling or for the purpose of subordination to the prohibiting signal of the traffic light or the traffic controller or concession are expensive to other vehicle or prevention of collision with other participant of traffic or any obstacle or accomplishment of the requirement of the employee of police or other competent person about stop of the vehicle this in the procedure established by the law or accomplishment of the requirement provided by the traffic regulations approved by the Government of the Republic of Armenia. The rules established by the legislation for stop do not extend to cases of forced stop;
