About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Ensuring Sanitary and Epidemic Safety of the Population of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. ZR-43 "About ensuring sanitary and epidemic safety of the population of the Republic of Armenia" (further - the Law) to add article 5 of the Law of November 16, 1992 with Item 11 of the following content:
"11) is established by authorized body of state registration of the goods which are subject sanitary epidemic to supervision.".
Article 2. To add article 6 of the Law with Item 7 of the following content:
"7) performs state registration of the goods which are subject sanitary epidemic to supervision.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
