About introduction of the moratorium on the cabin, conversion and realization of especially valuable tree species growing on lands of forest fund of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Impose the moratorium on the cabin, conversion and realization of especially valuable tree species growing on lands of forest fund of the Kyrgyz Republic for a period of 3 years.

Determine that action of provisions of paragraph one of this Item, regarding conversion, realization and export of especially valuable tree species, does not extend on earlier, before entry into force of this Decree, the forest products of especially valuable tree species growing on lands of forest fund of the Kyrgyz Republic sequestrated by authorized state bodies and acquired by physical persons and legal entities in the procedure established by the legislation.

2. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- in a month to bring the decisions into accord with this Decree;

- to prepare and introduce to two-month time in accordance with the established procedure the drafts of the laws providing strengthening of responsibility for violation of the nature protection legislation regarding the illegal cabin, conversion and realization of especially valuable tree species;
