About modification of the Law "About Drugs"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 4, 2019
Article 1. "About drugs" to state part 3 of article 31 of the Law of May 17, 2016 to ZR-86-N in the following edition:
"3. The legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing activities for wholesale of drugs shall be licensed within three months after entry into force of procedure for licensing of wholesale of drugs. Persons who obtained the license for wholesale of drugs shall within four years after entry into force of this Law receive in accordance with the established procedure the certificate on activities for proper distribution of drugs.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
