About modification and amendments in the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In Article 321 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998:

Part 4 to state 1) in the following edition:

"4. The warrant for receipt of the salary and the payments equated to it, pensions, grants and benefits, for physical persons – bank deposits and postal parcels that organization in which the principal, local government body at the place of residence, and also management of the healthcare institution performing medical care and servicing in which the principal undergoes treatment in stationary conditions works or studies can also approve.";

To add 2) with part 7 of the following content:

"7. Warrants for receipt of the salary and the payments equated to it, pensions, grants and benefits, bank deposits and postal parcels of persons undergoing treatment in stationary conditions in the healthcare institutions performing medical care and servicing, persons which are under guardianship in organizations of social protection of the population, the military personnel who is on obligatory military service, and also the convicts serving sentence in places of detention are assured or affirm persons specified in parts 3 and 4 of this Article, free of charge.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
