Article 1. To state the third offer of the first paragraph of part 2 of Article 249 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998 (further - the Code) in the following edition: "If after the decision on suspension of process of withdrawal of subject of pledge the court made the decision on provision of the providing required for compensation of possible damages of the pawnbroker, then the providing provided for compensation of possible damages of the pawnbroker by the pledger (debtor) shall be equivalent costs of possible losses of the pawnbroker, but shall not exceed pledge subject cost.".
Article 2. To state Item 6 of part 1 of article 339 of the Code in the following edition:
"6) the application for making the payment order is submitted from the moment of submission to court of the statement for making the payment order until receipt of objection of rather payment order or decision making about cancellation of the payment order based on impossibility of delivery to the debtor of the payment order to the address specified in the statement and if the objection was not provided to complete or partial variation of the statement for making the payment order - as regards the rejected requirement;".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
