About measures for cardinal enhancement of system of training of highly qualified personnel and further development of scientific potential in the field of dancing art

In recent years in the country system work on support and development of our ancient and rich cultural heritage, national consciousness, unique values and customs, cultures and arts is carried out.

Time requires all-round development of the dancing art which is important in increase in level of spirituality and esthetic education of our people, broad familiarizing of the younger generation with models of national and world dancing art.

For the purpose of creation of the schools of dance founded on traditions "ustoz-shogird", training of specialists and personnel of high qualification according to international standards, the accelerated development of science with effective use of scientific potential in the field of dancing art:

1. Agree with offers of the Ministry of Culture, Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education, the Ministry of national education of the Republic of Uzbekistan about:

creation of the State academy of choreography of Uzbekistan (further - Academy) in system of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the form of the public highest educational institution based on the Tashkent public higher school of national dance and choreography;

transformation of Republican specialized school of choreography in system of the Tashkent public higher school of national dance and choreography in Republican specialized boarding school of choreography in system of Academy with the status of the legal entity;

creation under Academy, since 2021/2022 academic years, specialized initial boarding schools of dancing art in the cities of Bukhara, Qarshi, Namangan and Urgench.

2. Determine the main objectives:

a) Academies:

ensuring mutual integration of science and education by involvement of the leading and qualified specialists of the sphere of dancing art to training process;

training of bachelors and masters of high qualification on dancing art, and also scientific and the research and educational personnel conducting in-depth studies in this sphere;
