About modification and amendments in the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In article 177 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003:

it is punished by penalty in the amount of two hundredfold to the five hundredfold size of minimum wage either arrest from one to two months or imprisonment no more than two years.";
To add 3) with part 5 of the following content:
"5. Theft is secret stealing of alien property.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
