About entering of amendments into the Law "About the Status of Military Units and Military Organizations"

Article 1. ZR-99-N "About the status of military units and military organizations" (further - the Law) after the word "information" to add part 1 of Article 1 and Item 2 of part 1 of article 2 of the Law of June 22, 2015 with the words "or sports or organizations of rest".

Article 2. Add the law with Article 7.1 of the following content:

"Article 7.1. Creation and activities of the sports or provided for the organization of rest military organizations, features of their legal status

1. The sports or provided for the organization of rest military organizations of the Ministry of Defence (further - the sports or provided for the organization of rest military organizations) are created by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.

2. Are established by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia on creation of the sports or provided for the organization rest of military organization for organization:

1) name;

2) location;

3) tasks, purposes and functions of activities;

4) charter;

5) structure, number, structure of the handed-over (fixed) property, including weapon and ammunition, procedure for their use;

6) the other regulations connected with activities, established by this Law, other laws and regulatory legal acts.
