1. Approve offers of the Ministry of Health, Service of state security, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Prosecutor General's Office, Agency on control of drugs and firearms under Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Union of youth of Uzbekistan about establishment of procedure according to which:

since December 1, 2019 the separate medicines included in the list of strong substances determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan are subject subject quantitatively to accounting and their retail sale (leave) is enabled by exclusively social drugstores, and also the drugstores having the license for storage and realization (leave) of drugs and psychotropic substances;

checks on suppression of the facts of illegal retail sale of the medicines and products of medical appointment released according to the recipe of the doctor, including included in the list of strong substances are performed by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, managements of health care of areas and Head department of health care of the city of Tashkent according to the procedure of the notification of the Comissioner for the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on protection of the rights and legitimate interests of subjects of entrepreneurship by their registration in the Single system of electronic registration of checks;

changes and additions can be made to the list of strong substances on the basis of offers by the interdepartmental expert group at the Agency on control of drugs and firearms at Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan created for these purposes (further - expert group).
