About modification of the Law "About Administrative-territorial Division of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. "About administrative-territorial division of the Republic of Armenia" to state the text of article 10 of the Law of November 7, 1995 to ZR-18 in the following edition:
"The lands which are state-owned property, included in administrative borders of communities are alienated, and also are provided in free (permanent) use, lease or building by heads of communities according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
