About modification of the Law "About Local Self-government"

Article 1. In parts 4 and 5 of article 88 of the Law of May 7, 2002 of ZR-337 "About local self-government" (further – the Law) the words "by the extrabudgetary funds which are component of the local authority budget" shall be replaced with words "local authority budget".

Article 2. To exclude from part 4 of Article 92 of the word "or in any bank".

Article 3. The extrabudgetary funds which are available on off-budget accounts of communities at the time of entry into force of this Law except for of the means provided by part 4 of article 92 of the Law are enlisted in the corresponding local authority budget as free remaining balance.

Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication. Before entry into force of this Law the off-budget programs, actions performed by the extrabudgetary funds opened according to the procedure, established by the law, and the provided budget of the corresponding community for 2019, the related income and expenses to consider appropriate programs, actions, the income and expenses of the budget of this community for 2019. At the same time expenses of the means provided by this Article are financed only within the corresponding receipts and at their expense.
