About entering of amendments into the Law "About Local Self-government"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 19, 2019
Article 1. ZR-337 "About local self-government" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 18 of the Law of May 7, 2002 with Item 8.1 of the following content:
"8. 1) on submission of Chapter of community makes the decision on financing of expenses on preparation and holding local referendum;".
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 35 of the Law with Item 12.2 of the following content:
"12. 2) is submitted for approval of the Council of Elders by the draft decision about financing of expenses on preparation and holding local referendum;".
Article 3. To add Item 3 of part 1 of article 37 of the Law after words of "the planned town-planning, ecological changes, changes of living environment" with words ", about the changes planned by the Government of the Republic of Armenia on administrative-territorial separation".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
