2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 24, 2018 No. 860 "About implementation of the pilot project in spheres of state registration of the rights to real estate and their encumbrances and state registration of legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 86, the Art. 2834);
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 6, 2019 No. 78 "About modification of Item 2 of the Procedure for implementation of the pilot project on the organization of determination of professional competence of persons which intend to perform functions of the state registrar of the rights to real estate and/or the state registrar of legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 16, of the Art. 554).
