availability in the territory of one of member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union of the service center, authorized to perform repair, after-sale, guarantee maintenance of products;

implementation in the territory of the Russian Federation following production and technological operations (in the presence):

procurement production;

heat treatment;

machining (turning, drilling, boring, cutting of carving, polishing, polish);

welding (frame of aggregates, binding details);

assembly of products (details, nodes, aggregates)

Diesels ship capacity to 10000 kW <9>

availability at the legal entity - the tax resident of member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union of the rights to design and technical documentation in the amount sufficient for production, upgrades and developments of the corresponding products, for the term of at least 5 years <6>;

availability in the territory of one of member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union of the service center, authorized to perform repair, after-sale and guarantee maintenance of products;

implementation of the following production and technological operations:

carrying out established by the interstate standard (GOST 10448-2014) of testing of products at the certified test bench located in the territory of one of member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union;

use in case of production:

since June 1, 2020 - no more than 11 foreign components;

since June 1, 2023 - no more than 8 foreign components;

since June 1, 2024 - no more than 5 foreign components.

In case of calculation of total quantity of components the following component parts necessary for production of the goods made in the territories of member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (in the presence) <8> are considered:

blocks cylinder;

plugs cylinder;

pistons;

rods;

covers cylinder;

valves are inlet, final;

pumps are fuel plunger;

pressurization turbines;

compensators output;

shaft are distribution, cranked;

sliding bearings basic;

bearings persistent;

flywheels;

couplings transfer;

implementation in the territory of the Russian Federation since June 1, 2020 at least 3 transactions, since June 1, 2023 - at least 5 transactions, since June 1, 2024 - all from the following transactions (in the presence):

procurement production (casting, forging, stamping);

machining (turning, drilling, boring, cutting of carving, polishing, polish);

welding (frame of aggregates, binding details) and building up;

heat treatment (tempering, normalization, leave);

assembly of products (details, nodes, aggregates);

analysis of chemical composition, mechanical properties of materials, nondestructive control;

painting and drawing protective coatings
